We have yet to meet in person.<\/p>\n<p>The form of the work takes its cue from the space defined by video conferencing software. It represents a dialogue between us as we tried to discern common themes between our work. At some point, our spoken words capitulated to the dialogue between the images we offered each other.<\/p>\n<p>The images started to speak to us about longing, absence, discernment and renewal, gently mocking our stuttering attempts to invoke a desired outcome or an escape from the monotony of our day-scape.<\/p>\n<p>In this space, the only thing to do was to get up and do it again.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>I Go Down To The Shore<\/strong><br \/>\nI go down to the shore in the morning<br \/>\nand depending on the hour the waves<br \/>\nare rolling in or moving out,<br \/>\nand I say, oh, I am miserable,<br \/>\nwhat shall\u2014<br \/>\nwhat should I do?
