I’ve been staying up too late, scrolling through video footage on the community section of the Internet Archive and music on YouTube, playing them together and intentionally filming my laptop screen with the light on in order to pick up all the finger prints and scratches all over it. Somehow this feels like the only way I want to see footage at the moment, with evidence of a lived scuffedness about it.
